Everything’s draggable. Have fun.

Hey, ik ben Hind Kaddoura (NL), en here’s a little about what I do:
ik combineer creative thinking met art direction,
omdat ik blijkbaar niet kan kiezen tussen bedenken
wat iets moet zijn en me bemoeien met hoe het eruitziet.

Ik werk vanuit identiteit, diaspora en humor (ik ben ervan
overtuigd dat ik hilarisch ben lol), en gebruik street-,
fashion- en sportcultuur als visuele taal om verhalen
te vertellen die we in de maatschappij vaak missen.

Als aspirerend ‘whatever you call that job I just described’,

Hello, I’m Hind Kaddoura (NL), and here’s a little about what I do:
I combine creative thinking with art direction
because I clearly cannot choose between figuring out
what something should be and meddling with how it looks.

I work from identity, diaspora, and humour (I’m convinced
I’m hilarious lol), using street, fashion, and sports culture
as a visual language to tell stories we often miss in society.

As an aspiring ‘whatever you call that job I just described’,
I explore how culture, community, and representation
can reinforce one another, with photography
and typography at the core of my visual language.

I’m interested in stories that feel real (not just pretty),
visuals that make you think, and ideas that actually have
something to say. Whether that’s diaspora, representation,
or simply trying to make advertising a little less boring.

Through culture-conscious storytelling, I aim not only
to represent but also to connect — on the street, in images,
and within the communities where these stories belong.

REMEMBER TO DREAM

Analog Photography              2026 / Amsterdam, NL               Series of 10                 Matte print

Growing up bicultural is never easy, but grown-up bicultural is great.
It took me four years, probably longer, to realise it — and this project came out of it.

Remember to Dream
holds selfhood in motion. It rejects the idea of being half of anything.

I was just sick of being portrayed the same way my whole life. But what is true identity?
Diaspora isn’t always in the big things, but in small ones. It’s in that chain, jacket or cap, but also: hair, eye colour,
and perhaps even most importantly: that one bus driver you know is going to let you slide because you share the same blood.

You are not half-blooded, but double-blooded:
made of more than one history,
more than one home and
more than one way of seeing the world.

That is not brokenness, but richness. Identity is free to evolve.

It moves.

Remember to Dream, always.

EVERYONE HAS ONE

Analog Photography                 2024 / NL                 Series of 39                 Polaroid

A true one-fits-all.

This project explores how Nike’s iconic sports leggings
transcend size, shape, and style, creating a sense of comfort, confidence,
and connection for everyone who wears them.
The leggings became the one thing everyone had in common.

Even though the photos were shot in a studio, many of them
were taken in the moment, capturing people just as they were.

People moved naturally.

COLOUR FORECASTING

Pitch (Digital)                 2025 / NL                 Series of 4

A self-initiated redesign of an existing product or concept to improve it (project called I Know Better).
You give unsolicited advice as a designer, following all steps of a professional process — analysis, design, prototyping,
and budget — ending with a convincing final pitch.

My project is focused on the mood boards of Colour Forecast Trendbooks to help them present and pitch it to the client.
My version focuses less on which colours belong to a season, and more on translating those colours into a feeling.
This way, you remember the season as a mood rather than just a list of colour codes.
The square colour blocks still provide structure, while the background imagery brings the feeling to life.

All photo credits go to the respective photographers/owners.

NOUR BAKHCHA (NZF FOUNDATION)

Analog Photography                 2025 / Rotterdam, NL                 Series of 20                 Polaroid

I got a call in the middle of the night asking if I wanted to photograph the NZF event the next morning.
I was very much ready to go back to bed and had to come up with an idea real quick lol.
So I thought: let’s shoot polaroids. I figured something tactile might be nice
for an influencer crowd, so why not?

This ended up being my favourite photo.

AFRICA YALLAH

Typography/Graphic Posters                 2026 / NL                 Series of 11                 Matte paper

AFCON 25 in Morocco was obviously going to be big, with brands tapping into the energy
of the tournament, the culture and the people around it.

And then there’s the obvious one: how are you going to do all that in Morocco and not use yallah?

It’s youth slang, it’s the energy, and honestly, Nike is probably the only one who could pull it off:

Nike. Just Do It. Swoosh. Yallah. Vamos. Let’s go.

THE NEW ORIGINALS (BRAND BOOK)

Graphic Design                 2025 / Amsterdam, NL                 Brandbook                 Print/Digital

During my internship at The New Originals (TNO) in Amsterdam, my main project was creating a brand book for TNO.
I explored the brand’s identity and how this could be translated into a clear and intriguing visual identity.
This involved thinking about creative and art direction: visual language, tonality,
interaction, and how a brand identity can remain recognisable while still evolving over time.

A key part of the process was creating a flexible framework that stays true to TNO’s core,
while leaving room for change, development and new interpretations.

Here are my favourites spreads.
